Step 1: Your Journey Begins with a Conversation
It all starts with a free 45-minute consultation – a friendly, no-obligations conversation where we focus entirely on you.
We’ll explore the health challenges you’re currently facing, your lifestyle, what you’ve tried so far, and where you’d like to be.
I’ll walk you through how a personalized nutrition strategy can support your goals and how we can work together to make lasting changes.
There’s no pressure, no sales pitch – just a chance to connect, understand your needs, and see if we’re the right fit.

After confirming your enrollment, I will request:
- Any recent medical reports (not more than 3 months’ old) that you may have
- A detailed medical and diet history
- A few personal lifestyle-related questions
- Details of your food likes/dislikes and eating patterns
- Your profession, your daily schedule, your outstation travel requirements
- Your blood group
Based on the information shared, I may also recommend certain (additional) medical tests which may be necessary for a better understanding of your current health condition/s and to guide your nutrition plan more effectively.
You will also undergo a Body Fat Analysis using a professional bioimpedance machine that assesses:
- BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
- BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Body fat percentage
- Visceral fat
- Body age
This comprehensive assessment helps me tailor a nutrition plan that works for your body and your goals.
Step 3: Your Personalized Plan
Based on your profile, health status, and goals, I will design a customized, balanced diet plan aimed at improving your overall well-being – supporting not just weight management but also specific health concerns like fatigue, gut health, hormonal balance, or medical conditions.
Step 4: Regular Follow-Ups & Support
- Programme Clients: Follow-up consultations are scheduled every three weeks, either in-person or online. We’ll monitor your progress, address any challenges, and make any necessary adjustments. A fresh Body Fat Analysis will be needed to be done every three months to ensure that you’re losing fat, not muscle. To keep you motivated and accountable, you’ll also receive daily WhatsApp support, where you can share your food journals daily, ask questions if any, and stay connected throughout your journey.
